Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must be:

To initiate a return, please contact us at orders@klgspice.com. Once your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid return label and detailed instructions.
Please note: unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon delivery. If any item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, kindly complete your return and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow a few business days for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
