Shipping policy
Timeframe
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that we cannot accept returns for:

Certain health and personal care items
To complete your return, you will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Only partial refunds may be granted in certain situations:

Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet:

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email orders@klgspice.com and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or was sent to the gift giver for later delivery, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
