Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Standard Shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information by email.
Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking scans after the package has been picked up.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
KLGSPICE is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, failed delivery attempts, or an address issue, we may offer to reship the order at the customer’s expense.

Delivered Packages
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check your mailbox, front desk, parcel locker, delivery area, building management, neighbors, or anyone who may have received the package on your behalf.
If you still cannot locate the package, please contact us with your order number and tracking number. We will review the situation and help where possible, but we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
KLGSPICE is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or delivery issues once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Damaged Packages

- Clear photos of the damaged product
- Clear photos of the shipping box or mailer

After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
